Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

The first chapter of The Way of the Toddler (The Craziness of Modern Motherhood & the Spiritual Lessons I Learned from My Zen Masters in Diapers) is available on this web site for you to read. Purchasing The Way of the Toddler as an ebook is an indication that you would like to read the book and, therefore, there is no return policy per se on that item. If you are having trouble opening the PDF file, you can contact me and I can work with you to resend it.

 

If there is a defect with a Mission Statement for Motherhood™ print, please contact me and I will replace it at no cost.

 

If you have ordered a hard back copy of The Way of the Toddler and there is a defect with the book, please contact me and I will replace it at no cost.

 

Customers, however, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

I (Leta Hamilton) will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.

 

If there is any questions about returns, please feel free to contact me and I (Leta Hamilton) will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.

 

Cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours, otherwise, I (Leta Hamilton) will have already shipped (or emailed) the product to you (as per shipping & handling section below).

Shipping & Handling Method

 

If you have ordered a product that needs to be shipped to you, it will be sent within 48 business hours by standard post. Shipping and handling is included in all of my products that require shipping.

 

If you order The Way of the Toddler as an ebook, it will be sent to you as a PDF file within 48 business hours.

 

IF, FOR ANY REASON, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE PRODUCT SHIPMENTS OR EMAILS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS, I WILL MAKE THAT CLEAR ON THE WEB SITE BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER. THERE MAY BE INSTANCES WHEN I AM OUT OF TOWN OR OTHERWISE UNAVAILABLE TO PROCESS SHIPMENTS AND/OR EMAILS. IF THAT IS THE CASE, I WILL POST A NOTICE.

 

I, LETA HAMILTON, OPERATE UNDER THE TRADE NAME LETA HAMILTON. THE WAY OF THE TODDLER IS THE NAME OF MY BOOK, BUT IT IS NOT THE ONLY PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICE YOU CAN PURCHASE VIS A VIS THIS WEBSITE. THEREFORE, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NAME LETA HAMILTON WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.

 

 In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, I will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. I do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Workshops require a 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance of the fee at the time of the workshop. If you cancel one month or  more before the event, I will reimburse your 50% deposit, minus any travel costs that I have incurred if I have had to book travel to arrive at your venue. Cancellations 3 to 4 weeks prior will have 40% of the deposit returned. Cancellations 2-3 weeks prior will have 30% of the deposit returned. Cancellations 1-2 weeks prior will have 20% of the deposit returned. Cancellations of under one week's notice will have 10% of the deposit returned. Cancellations on the day will forfeit the right to have any of their deposit returned.

I am always willing to work with any group to ensure a positive, transformational experience is had by all. Once a dialogue is opened, we can work together to find a solution for your group that is for the benefit of everyone.

 

My services are paid on an hourly rate and I would expect to not take up more than one hour of your time for either muscle testing coaching or writing coaching. If you feel that more time is required, I am more than happy to work with you at the hourly rate until such time as you are satisfied with the result. I will only charge half the hourly fee for 30 minute increments.

 

A personalized Mission Statement for Motherhood™ is $65 and that includes the time I take to talk to you about you and your child (or children). I ask for $30 up front and the rest upon completion.  If you are not completely satisfied with your personalized Mission Statement for Motherhood™ I will return your fee.  However, I will work with you as much as necessary to create something you love, treasure and cannot believe you ever lived without.
